I just finished 21 day handstand challenge and i love it. This was really amazing. I enjoyed every single day. The videos are not easy, i had really work hard, but i saw progress really soon. Mu arms, shoulders and core are very strong πŸ’ͺ🏽 at the end i could be in handstand for 5 seconds, i never imagined that before. They made really great job with this program.
