REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital products, access to the platform and its content is granted immediately after payment is completed.

If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of the initial payment.

To request a refund, please contact our support team and provide: the email used for the purchase order or payment details the reason for your refund request. All refund requests are reviewed individually.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted in the following situations: automatic subscription renewals, recurring subscription charges, purchases made after the 14-day refund period, repeated refund requests from the same user, cases where a significant portion of the digital content has already been accessed or used.

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings before the next billing date. Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges but does not apply retroactively to payments that have already been processed.

Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved: the refund will be issued to the original payment method, processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

Abuse of Refund Policy
Kononov Club reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases of: abuse of the refund policy, multiple refund requests from the same user, attempts to access digital content and subsequently request a refund.
