REFUND POLICY

1. General Provisions

Kononov Club offers a 14-day money-back guarantee applicable to a Customerā€™s first course purchase. A Customer is entitled to submit a refund request within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of initial payment, provided that all conditions set forth herein are satisfied.

This money-back guarantee applies exclusively to the Customerā€™s first course purchase and does not extend to subsequent purchases, renewals, subscriptions, or any recurring or automatic charges associated therewith.

2. Eligibility Requirements for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, a Customer must satisfy all of the following conditions:

ā€¢ Submit a refund request no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase;
ā€¢ Have actively commenced and engaged with the course training program;
ā€¢ Have completed a minimum of five (5) consecutive training days during the first fourteen (14) days following the date of purchase;
ā€¢ Have performed all exercises in accordance with the methodology prescribed by the course;
ā€¢ Provide documented proof of course participation in the form of photo or video evidence of completed training sessions, where required by the course program.

Inactivity within the course or a failure to engage with the program shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. Limitations and Exclusions

No refund shall be issued in the following circumstances:

ā€¢ The Customer failed to follow the prescribed training program;
ā€¢ The Customer is unable to provide verifiable proof of course participation;
ā€¢ The Customer has not met the minimum engagement requirement of five (5) consecutive training days;
ā€¢ More than fourteen (14) calendar days have elapsed since the date of purchase;
ā€¢ The request pertains to a subsequent purchase or subscription renewal;
ā€¢ The Customer claims an ā€œaccidental purchaseā€ while having accessed course materials.

No refunds shall be issued for courses purchased at a discounted price, during promotional events, special offers, or sales, including but not limited to seasonal promotions and holiday sales (e.g., New Year, Christmas, and similar occasions). By purchasing a course at a reduced price, the Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that such purchases are excluded from the money-back guarantee.

Kononov Club reserves the right to deny any refund request upon determination of abuse of the refund policy, fraudulent use of the money-back guarantee, or submission of materially false or misleading information.

4. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals

Certain products may be offered on a subscription basis and are subject to automatic renewal at the end of each billing cycle.

The Customer bears sole responsibility for managing their subscription, including the timely cancellation of the subscription prior to the next scheduled billing date. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the Customerā€™s account settings.

If the Customer fails to cancel the subscription prior to the automatic renewal date, the resulting charge shall be deemed valid and final. No refund shall be issued for such payments.

The money-back guarantee does not apply to automatic renewals or any recurring subscription charges.

5. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request, the Customer must contact our support team atĀ [email protected] and provide the following information:

ā€¢ Date of purchase;
ā€¢ Payment details used at the time of purchase (email address or other identifying information);
ā€¢ Stated reason for the refund request;
ā€¢ Proof of course participation, where applicable (photo and/or video evidence of completed training sessions).

All refund requests will be reviewed within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and may take up to ten (10) business days.

6. Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy.
